Why Is Nicholas Cage Cool Again? You Wouldn’t Understand, Mom

My son Mathew turned 18 years old a couple of weeks ago and one of his friends gave him a pillow case with Nicolas Cage's picture on it.

I was first shocked that they even knew who Nicholas Cage was ... because let's be honest, the guy hasn't had a hit movie in a while -- let alone one popular with the younger generation. So I was confused: Why was Mathew's friend giving him a pillow case with Cage's face on it?

I asked my son, and he said, "He's popular with us young people." Uh?

He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn't cool enough for him to tell me why he was popular with the young kids. Little turd!

Can someone please tell me why the young kids are digging Nicholas Cage?
