Would You Be Upset If Your Child Got This Letter Instead Of Candy?

A women in North Dakota is handing out this letter to certain kids. She is giving the letter to moderately obese kids and giving candy to kids who are not.

As a parent with a child who is not thin and would probably get handed this letter. I would be SOOOO upset!

My son doesn't realize that he's a little chubby and this would totally bring it to his attention! He's only 9 years old and is active in sports. He's certainly not obese, but he's not stick thin either.

I can't imagine what a letter like this would do to his self esteem and it could possibly scar him.

Talk about taking away the fun and innocence from kids! Why can't kids just be kids?
