Companies Working to Bring Back the ‘Milkman’
It's no argument that plastic is overrunning our landfills and that something needs to be done about it! Well, a few major companies are banding together to try to fix that problem by essentially bringing back the milkman. Or something very similar.
Its called LOOP and it is a service that offers home deliveries of reusable, ship-able containers that would hold a number of items (currently they have 300 choices).
When you are done with the container, instead of just throwing it away, you put it on your doorstep and someone comes and takes it to the warehouse. Then it can be washed and reused!
