Chips and dip, chicken strips, BBQ dipping sauce, deserts, little smokies, the list goes on and on and it can definitely land you in  a groggy food coma for a few days. So if you cant get the day after Superbowl off then you might as well have a few tips on how to recover!

  1. Eat a good hardy breakfast with protein, carbohydrates, and fruit.
  2. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!  Hydration is key to any recovery.
  3. Have a light lunch, perhaps a light broth soup.
