Encouraging Speech From Such a Young Man

I have said it once and I will say it again: Building a leader starts at the early stages of life -- when kids are young and just starting to learn where their place is on a team. And this young man has found his place.

This kid gives his teammates the pregame pep talk of a lifetime. So much so it even makes me tear up!

I remember back in high school, the football team had a coach named Mr. Riffel. One thing that was loved of him was that he was a man of God. He coached in ways that no one else could and made the team believe in themselves. After the end of each game, the team would participate in "Atta Ways" -- a congratulatory hoorah, if you will. And it has been something that has been adopted in the high school.
