Why?

Why not?!

In celebration of their 60th anniversary, our friends at Kellogg's announced they're making a Pop-Tart that's 73x the size of a traditional, regular Pop-Tart.

This giant Pop-Tart they're calling the Pop-Tarts Party Pastry and is slated to feed 73 people.

From Kellogg's:

"If you're one of our fans that misses the nostalgia of childhood summers when you could practically smell the freedom in the air, the Pop-Tarts Party Pastry is for you," said Heidi Ray, Senior Director of Marketing, Pop-Tarts. "For over 60 years, Pop-Tarts has been dedicated to making moments Crazy Good, so if you are celebrating an everyday small moment or a major life event, the Pop-Tarts Party Pastry will bring the energy of summers past into moments that matter most to you today."

Because it's in celebration of 60 years, this monstrosity is selling for $60 but only for a very limited time and only in 3 select cities - New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

Reason being they need to hand-deliver it to your place.

It's not available in stores. It's only available for purchase online in those towns and, from there, they'll deliver it to you.

It's unfortunate as if it was available to anyone for delivery I'd totally buy one just to check it out.

I like Pop-Tarts, I really do. It's not something I have all the time but every so often I'll still grab a box for the office snack drawer. My kids are particular to the fun-flavored ones like the Chocolate Sundae-flavored Pop-Tarts.

No doubt people will buy these and do YouTube videos about them. I'll have to live vicariously through them when this happens.

You can see more on Pop-Tarts' website.
