Guy Fieri Opens A ‘Ghost Kitchen’ in Washington For Delivery-Only

If you've been hoping for an invitation to 'Flavortown', this might just be the next best thing. You can now go online and have 'Flavortown' come to you! That is, if you're in the Seattle area, as Guy Fieri, best known for his spiked hair, red Camero, and hit Food Network TV show 'Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives', has launched a chain of 'Delivery-Only' Restaurants around the country and Downtown Seattle is now home to one of them.

Guy Fieri's Flavortown Kitchen - Seattle, is operating out the Buca di Beppo location in South Lake Union. That Italian Restaurant chain is housing several of the Flavortown locations across the country.

But, again, don't stop in this physical location and expect to see an abundance of ultra-strong hair gel, this 'Ghost Restaurant' is Delivery-Only. All of the major delivery services are on-board too.

The menu looks awesome, with the kind of variety you'd expect from Guy, featuring hearty, flavorful, creative dishes - packaged impressively for delivery and boasting ample portion sizes. Appetizer-style-gastro-pub-like-items - they call them 'sharables', are sized just right for two people. Jalapeno Pig Poppers (involves bacon), Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, a wide assortment of Wings, and more.

Burgers, Cuban Sandwiches, Main Entrees, Salads, and a Chocolate Whiskey Cake for dessert. When I lived in Seattle a few years back, I certainly would have given this new delivery option a try. Since this new location has only been operating for a couple of weeks, none of my family in the Emerald City had had a chance to try it yet when I checked in with them - but they assure me they will.
