The CEO of Airbnb recently shared a story of the "strangest complaint he ever received" from a customer. He said a customer once demanded a full refund because the house where they were staying was supposed to be haunted by a friendly ghost, but the ghost was mean to them. I guess the ghost was harassing them all night.

Have YOU ever complained after staying at a hotel?

I did once in Vegas. There was some blood on the back of the bathroom door. Like someone cut their foot and kicked the bathroom door shut or something. I'm assuming the room cleaner didn't shut the bathroom door while they were in there cleaning. I was given a new room and a complimentary night.
