This Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream I found is so yummy that I have got to rave about it. I found the lemon cheesecake in a grocery store in Yakima and it is so delicious that I am afraid it will be pulled off the shelves. It seems whenever I fall in love with something, it disappears or is no longer available.

HOW I DISCOVERED THE LEMON CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM IN YAKIMA

I don’t normally buy any other ice cream flavors besides Daiquiri Ice from Baskin Robbin or some flavor of chocolate or Rocky Road. But the Signature Select Lemon Cheesecake called my name from behind the frozen food doors. It was a risk I was willing to take. One bite of that yummy Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream and I was hooked, lined, and sinkered! I can’t recall when I discovered this Lemon Cheesecake ice cream at Safeway but I do know that it was sometime during this past summer.

WHAT DOES LEMON CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM TASTE LIKE?

The sweetness plus the tanginess of lemon cheesecake ice cream is addictive. I tried to eat just one bite out of the carton and the next thing I knew, I was shoveling spoonfuls of it in my mouth. The chunks of cheesecake in the ice cream are bite size so you won't end up with a messy mouthful of it. The tartness from the lemon tastes fresh, as if you had just made fresh lemon juice from lemons imported from the Amalfi Coast in Sicily!

WHY I AM AFRAID THIS YUMMY LEMON CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM WILL SOON DISAPPEAR

Not too long ago, I fell in love with that Detroit-Style pizza from Pizza Hut. Detroit-Style is where they put the cheese and toppings on the dough BEFORE they put on the pizza sauce. The crust is thick and buttery and it was a pizza lover’s dream. Unfortunately, they made it available for a “limited time only”, so now I can never get my hankering for Detroit-Style pizza other than booking a flight to Detroit!

I used to swoon over the Taco Bell Mexican Pizza once I started ordering it through their app during the covid pandemic. The reason for my renewed love was because I realized you could mix and match your toppings for the Mexican Pizza. I found out that you could ask for them to onions on top and even substitute black beans for the meat. Then Taco Bell ripped the Mexican Pizza off the menu (they have since brought it back as a permanent menu item, thank goodness).
