Man Calls 911 on Guy Wearing Panda Suit

A guy in Wisconsin wanted to prank his neighbor while he watched her dogs, so he put on a panda suit and walked around in the snow by her security cameras. But another neighbor saw it, and called 911 to report "a giant teddy bear." Five squad cars responded. The guy in the panda outfit also did an interview with the local news WHILE wearing the panda suit.
