Outskirts Brewing Co. in Selah has become quite the hot spot for locals and travelers looking for great food, great atmosphere, live music, and something cold to drink with a unique twist that you wouldn't find anywhere else.

I love how Outskirts Brewing Co. looks on the inside. Nice n' cozy with great decor.

But it's the food that brings people to a good restaurant and Outkirts Brewing Co. has plenty of great menu options that you won't find anywhere else in the area.

They have a bison burger that you've gotta try. If you've never had bison but have always been curious about it, this is your opportunity.

I'm partial to the French Dip, myself.

And plenty of other food to experience on the menu as well, including the flat bread pizzas. When in doubt, grab the pizza.

They also have something called smoked salmon straws which are smoked salmon with cream cheese wrapped in an egg roll and fried. I've never heard of these outside of Outskirts Brewing in Selah.
