Should We Get Rid of Marriage Licenses and Have Contracts?

In a recent survey, a quarter of people between the ages of 18 and 24 said they would support a change in marriage licenses to make it temporary, and after about 5-10 years you can either "renew the contract" or "upgrade to a new partner."
