Gyozas or Pot Stickers or whatever the restaurant happens to call them are always a winner with us. If they're available as an appetizer, we're probably going to order them.

We were at Wildfire Grill in Yakima on 40th and Washington and they happen to have these on the menu. Though we're use to ordering them from an Asian restaurant I suppose this would be no different as many items on the Wildfire menu have that Asian influence or fusion involved. I'm down for that.

These were some of the best pot stickers we've ever had.

They were packed and nicely cooked. They didn't fall apart like the ones I try to make at home and cooked perfectly.

They were served in a bowl that was unnecessarily large but I'm sure that was part of the presentation. One order was fine for an appetizer. And since we were there on Wednesday where it's happy hour prices all day, we even saved a couple of bucks on our order. I won't decline a discount.

I wouldn't mind just ordering 4 servings of this next time I'm there.
