Have you ever been given really good unexpected customer service? I truly think it's a lost art form. It's also the best way to earn people's business, but when you're given great service it's something you rave about.

My wife and I are wrapping up things with our wedding registry and we had to exchange a defective gift at the Union Gap Macy's. I had called ahead and let Jade know that I was coming in. When we arrived upstairs at the wedding desk Jade had all of our paperwork laid out. She also explained we qualified for a few free gifts which is always welcome news. What surprised me was the fact she had filled out each of the forms to redeem them along with an update on how to qualify for more gifts.

I was truly blown away by the fun, friendly, and caring nature of Jade. My wife and I felt really special. Jade took our experience of exchanging a gift and made it so much more. That my friends is the true magic of Macy's.
