Yakima Gets a Mention on Netflix Series

If you binge-watch shows on Netflix maybe you've stumbled across the show "Girlboss." My friend Sol gave me a synopsis of the show and how it mentioned Yakima in a recent episode.

The mention is in Season 1, Episode 7, titled "Long Ass Pants."

Yakima is mentioned in a text message. The show's starring character, Sophia, receives a text from Shane, which says "Goodnight from Yakima an actual city in Washington."
