New Pebbles Shake Ups Combine Cereal and Snacks by the Handful

I'm always on the lookout for new snacks on store shelves. When I saw Post was branching off into doing more with their Pebbles brand I was immediately interested.

Though it's marketed as Pebbles these don't actually contain the crispy rice Fruity Pebbles or Cocoa Pebbles in these pouches.

There are two varieties of these cereal snack mixes. A cocoa explosion that contains cocoa pebbles boulders along with chocolate Honeycomb cereal (another Post brand) as well as mini marshmallows. This, by itself, could be a cereal.

They also have a Sweet and Salty variety in the familiar red but instead of Fruity Pebbles they use birthday cake-flavored Pebbles boulders along with Waffle Crisp cereal and, in lieu of marshmallows, it comes with salted pretzel bits. Definitely sounds more salty than sweet but those birthday cake-flavored pieces will maybe offset it just enough.

Both are available in stores now if you're looking for a fun new treat.
