Breakfast cereal is that one staple food that most of us have in our pantry or cupboard or, if you're like me, you have them on top of your refrigerator. Though often referred to as breakfast cereal you can really eat it any time of day. Commercials for years promoted that cereal is a 'daily part of your balanced breakfast' even though I never knew anyone that would have a bowl of cereal along with eggs, juice, toast, and all the other stuff they'd feature in those commercial images.

Never mind about all that, they just released a cereal that they're saying you make part of your evening routine. I'm all for that.

Sweet Dreams has two varieties -- Blueberry Midnight and Honey Moonglow. Both are amazing.

The idea is that both are made with whole grains, Vitamin E for neuroprotection, and zinc, folic acid, and B vitamins to support natural melatonin. Whether all that works that way or not is beyond me, I am no chemist. I do know that this cereal is amazing and I would eat it any time of day.

The cereal, itself, is kind of a typical combination of flakes but not flat flakes. A little hard to describe but it's great and stays crunchy for a long time.

From Post:

For 130 million American adults, a good night’s sleep is elusive. You deserve good sleep, and we want to help you enjoy it! So, we made Sweet Dreams cereal, the first ready-to-eat cereal specially designed to support a good sleep routine and a fresh start to the next day.

Don't gotta tell me twice! Check out this new cereal when you have the chance. I found these at Walmart but I expect they'll pop up in more locations.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
