No More Donkey Basketball At Naches

It's been a tradition at Naches Valley High School as long as I can remember, donkey basketball. It was the highlight of the school year to see teachers and students trying to play basketball on donkeys.

One of the reasons given as to why it will no longer happen is due to the expense to repair the gym floor. We all know that PETA really doesn't like it!

This was a big money maker for the senior class and now they are scrambling to come up with something that can be just as popular.

One of the ideas tossed around was radio and TV personalities playing basketball with the teachers and students. Maybe playing basketball in wheel chairs? Someone mentioned celebrity dodge ball.

What should the senior class do in place of donkey basketball?
