On Friday one of my worst fears took place! My son Benjamin left his iPhone in the restroom at high school on Friday at lunch.

He realized during class that he left it in the bathroom and asked for a hall pass so he could look for it. He checked the bathroom, no phone. He checked with the office, no one had turned it in.

He used his school iPad to track it with the find my iPhone app. His phone showed up at Applewood Park at 1:53pm. The kids were still in school during that time, so I figure who ever took it left school.

We searched the park high and low over the weekend, but no phone.

I plan on heading into the school this morning and hope that they can figure out which kid was not in class after lunch. Fingers crossed!

Should we punish our son for losing his phone? If so, how?
