This Is What Fitness Trends Are Looking Like for 2019
It's time for New Year's resolutions, and while fitness isn't No. 1 on the list, it is in the top three. Here are the trends we can expect for the coming year:
- Coming in at No. 1 is wearable technology, I truly thought they were referring to ab shapers but nope! Fitbits, smart watches and heart monitors are the "in thing" right now.
- Group training, this applies to groups of five people or more!
- High-intensity interval training, or HIIT workouts. These are my personal at-home faves!
