Couples Court: I Love His Kids, But Now I Hate Him

Kids really do say the darnedest things. And often, they have more to say than you might realize.

Take this week's Couples Court case ...

Rik and Michele:
I have a problem with my boyfriend and don't know how to handle it. He has custody of his two children, who I often baby-sit for when he's working third shift. On Tuesday, his youngest let it slip that when I was on vacation last month, another woman slept with his dad and then made breakfast. The poor kid then said he was worried he'd get in trouble because his father told him not to tell me. I'm very upset because I thought I could trust "Mike." I hate him, but love his kids! What do I do?

Uh-oh. Tough spot.

If she leaves him, it sounds like she'd lose touch with his kids. On the other hand, it sure seems like she could do better than this cheating jerk.
