Hello!

Are you running out of rooms in your house? Do you wish to put on your own stage shows or dream of having your own basketball court? Do you hate people? Well, have I got the perfect little fixer-upper for you.

Welcome to Burbank, Oklahoma, that hosts a populations of about 155 people. A town so small they don't even have a restaurant, but do have a jail. Kinda near Tulsa as the next largest city, Burbank has a school for sale that are trying to sell it as if it's a home. And I mean, why not? It might be fun to own your own school.

Let's take a look at it.

Family meetings, get-togehters or even a full-on wedding? You can do it all in their auditorium. I remember recreating plays and musicals for my mom when I was younger just in my living room. Imagine growing up with your own stage!

Athletic, are you? Well, not only does this property have a basketball court, it's an indoor basketball court so you can play any time of year.

In the parts of the school they tried to modernize with more bathrooms, it's odd seeing a bathtub like this inside a school. I'm sure this was added later.

If you're into landscaping you'll have plenty to work with outside of the place, too.

Many of the included towns jump out at the casual observer as popular summer-rental spots--the Ozarks' Branson, Missouri, or Arizona's Lake Havasu--it might surprise you to dive deeper into some quality-of-life offerings beyond the beach and vacation homes. You'll likely pick up some knowledge from a wide range of Americana: one of the last remaining 1950s-style drive-ins in the Midwest; a Florida town that started as a Civil War veteran retirement area; an island boasting some of the country's top public schools and wealth-earners right in the middle of a lake between Seattle and Bellevue; and even a California town containing much more than Johnny Cash's prison blues.
