Pass the Chips — Or Maybe You’d Better Just Pass Up the Chips

Whether it's because I'm busy between work and running kids around or because I'm craving my favorite unhealthy food, I have to admit that eating better can be difficult.
I've been craving potato chips. I LOVE chips! But sadly, they are one of the most unhealthy things you can eat.
