It's that time again where we love to introduce to you another amazing miracle child from right here in the Yakima Valley.

Today's is all about Shane and his amazing story.

Shane couldn't wait to meet his parents so he joined them earlier than anticipated at 35 weeks.

He came with a few concerns including a heart defect as well as a larynx condition.

He was also diagnosed with Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IURG). According to kidshealth.org, IURG is when the baby doesn't grow as expected in the womb which often lead to other health issues.

Shane spent 7 weeks in the NICU.

Once his health was back on track, now it's like there's no off-switch. All play and charm with Shane as a seemingly never-ending ball of energy.

Big thanks to Rylee and MacKenzee from Children's Village for their support.
As well as Janice from the NICU for the encouragement.

Getting to know Shane a little better, he hopes to be a rockstar like his dad and love fruit with bananas and watermelon being his favorites.

According to all those around him, he is the reigning champion of prank wars against his parents.

We love hearing stories like Shane. We have more CMN Miracle Family of the Month as well you can catch up on.

Services through Yakima's Memorial Foundation and Children's Miracle Network can ensure our children and their families can get the help and services they need. Find out more at the memfound.org.
